We’re venture backed + incubated at iconic design firm IDEO.We’re looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to tackle:- Core agent, product, and infrastructure systems- Context, memory, orchestration, and tool use- Simulation environments for users, schedules, relationships, and multi-agent interactions- Evaluations for long-horizon agent behavior, reliability, and safetyWe care a lot about high agency, collaboration, and high ownership mentality.
