Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ryser (the “Service”). By using Ryser you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Ryser helps you find roles, tailor your CV, write cover letters, and track applications. Core features are free; some features require a paid Pro subscription.

2. Your content & responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the content you provide (your CV, notes, applications).
• You're responsible for ensuring your CV is truthful. Ryser is designed to tailor and rephrase your real experience and not to invent facts — but you must review every document before you send it.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

3. AI-generated output

AI output can contain errors. Ryser provides drafts and suggestions, not professional, legal, or career advice, and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. You are responsible for what you submit to employers.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe, with a free trial as advertised.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

5. Availability

We work to keep Ryser available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. Free tiers may be rate-limited to protect shared capacity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ryser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of your job search. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
